How we count
Saturday distributions
109 recorded HAFP distributions from Aug 24, 2024 through Sep 26, 2026, stored in Panda. Guests signed in are people who came to pick up food; household figures represent people in their households. No-shows did not receive food that Saturday.
We have not independently audited every source entry or established a scheduled total for a no-show rate.
Volunteer intake
Volunteer Intake Form & Waiver export dated Sep 26, 2026. The latest submission for each normalized name and email pair was retained: 1,196 records from 1,324 submissions. Source dates end Sep 25, 2026.
This is not a count of active volunteers or shifts worked. This dashboard contains aggregate values only.
Data coming later
Reviewed food quantities, guest residency, and dated community notes have not been loaded. Their absence does not mean a value of zero.
